The Harbour Club features luxury one & two bedroom units on waterfront property. Residents have access to the marina, pool, fitness room, garages, as well as an easy walk to the adjoining public golf course. Our apartments feature harbour, lagoon, canal & bay views. We are conveniently located to the Babylon train station, which offer one-hour express service to New York City on the LI Railroad. We offer the best in luxury & convenience! Marina – $40 per foot per season, April 1 – November 15 – Boats must be registered to tenants, no winter storage facilities. Pool – $85 per person for season (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend) reduced rates for children & senior citizens weekday passes, guests are permitted $2.50 guest pass for weekdays and $5 guest pass on weekend. Storage area – screened storage 4x4x8 feet high (some 4x4x4) tenant must provide lock. Laundry facilities – value card operated washers & dryers located in the basement or adjacent building. Clothes washers & dryers are not permitted to be installed by resident. Select two bedroom units have washer/dryer units for an additional $25. per month. No barbecuing,or waterbeds.
