“It’s Your Home” We do not believe in unnecessary or unintelligent rules and regulations. So long as a resident honors their obligations to us and doesn’t do anything to: (A) damage or lessen the value of our properly and/or (B) make Greenleaf a less attractive place for other persons to live at and (C) so long as the apartment is returned to us the way we delivered it, residents may: Decorate their apartments in their own choice of colors; Wallpaper with strippable paper, all or part of their apartment; Plant their own flowers.
“No Annual Leases” This unique agreement allows the resident to terminate occupancy anytime after eight months of residence upon two months notice. In other words, a person entering into our occupancy agreement is committed to live at Greenleaf Meadows for a minimum of ten months and is free to give us notice of leaving any time after having resided here for eight months.
“No Lease Option” Ask about Availability. For those persons who are unable to commit to a ten month minimum residency, we offer “Month to Month” residency in which the “Occupancy Agreement” may be terminated any time upon thirty days notice. There is a $50.00 per month for signing the “No Lease Option:.
Resident Referral Program. We give a $100.00 rent credit to anyone of our residents who refers a friend or relative to us and that person moves in. The $100.00 rent credit is deducted from the next month’s rent following the move-in date of the person they referred.
Resident Discounts. Residents receive automatic discounts on their rent after three, five, ten, fifteen, and twenty years of occupancy.
